Refund policy

velemax sells downloadable digital eBooks. No physical products are shipped, so physical returns are not required.

Digital Purchases

Please review the product description, edition, language, and file format before purchasing.

Once a purchased eBook has been downloaded or accessed, we generally do not offer refunds for a change of mind, accidental purchases, or choosing the wrong title or edition, except where required by applicable law.

If you have not accessed or downloaded your eBook, contact us promptly so we can review your request.

Problems With Your Purchase

Contact us if:

  • You received the wrong eBook or edition.

  • The file is corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be opened.

  • Your download link is missing or does not work.

  • The product materially differs from its description.

  • You were charged more than once for the same purchase.

We will investigate and help restore access, provide a corrected file, or issue an appropriate refund. If we cannot resolve a delivery or file issue, we will refund the affected purchase.

How to Request Assistance or a Refund

Email contact@velemax.shop with:

  • Your order number.

  • The email address used at checkout.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Relevant screenshots, if available.

Do not send your full payment card details.

Approved Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time needed for the refund to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

If a purchase is refunded, any associated download access may be disabled. You must stop using and delete copies of the refunded eBook, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights, cancellation rights, or remedies available under applicable law. Where withdrawal rights for digital content apply, any required consent to immediate delivery and acknowledgment concerning those rights must be obtained separately at checkout.
